Grand President is comprised of three towers with 437 suites and studio serviced apartments that are tastefully decorated with modern and contemporary furnishings for modern yet homey feel. The Topaz Studio apartments are one bedroom units with a small kitchenette while the suites have a separate living/dining area with table and larger kitchenette.
